Shipping & Delivery

At ONIRLUX, every order is shipped with care and tracked from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, your order is delivered anywhere in South Africa within 8–12 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly shown in your cart.

Tracking Your Order

Every ONIRLUX order includes full tracking. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please email us at Info@onirlux.com and we’ll sort it out promptly.

Delays

While we work hard to meet our delivery windows, occasional delays can happen due to courier volumes, weather, or customs processing. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we’ll personally follow up on your behalf.
